All Participants Must Complete the Registration Form and Return to the enclosed Address promptly and no later than Jan. 5, 2008. It is important that we receive the information on this document immediately! Among other things, the information submitted by you will identify our need in the area of transportation, housing, food and airport pick-up and drop off.
